New dreamer checking in

I've been dreaming of building a small sailboat for years, but never made the time nor found just the right boat that inspired me to commit to it. Well I must say, Mr. Harris, you have designed what I find to be the most beautiful and well thought-out little pocket cruiser I've ever seen. She is simply gorgeous, and I can see you designed her to actually be buildable by amateurs on a budget.
Other conditions of life prevent me from starting right now, but when I get my affairs in order, I finally know what I'll be building. In the meantime, I guess I'll have to live vicariously through those of you here who are already building one, and I'll be watching this forum with interest.
