Epoxy Mix

Ok. I have my 10 gal of resin, 4 gal of slow hardener, 1 gal of fast hardener. The Question is which mix ratio you use for the different applications?
A faster mix for the tack welds ?
A slow mix for the lay up ?
a Faster mix for the Fill coats ?
I've done a little experimenting and found that 1to 3 (fast/slow) is significantly faster than the slow alone.
Input please, Have not received my box of wood yet, but I just bought the sound system :), I'm going stirr crazy !!

There's a lot slow hardner and only a gallon of fast. I use the fast for tacking and gluing up things I want done quickly...hours vs overnight. Slow goes for sealing raw wood, laying glass, fill coats, making fillets. I figure that if I run out of slow, I can still use the fast for most things. Good luck. Jer mtsailor
