Small craft advisor has an online seaworthiness test that's kinda fun to take. I filled it out for pocketship and scored 169 (I maxed out the points for security equipment and my sailing skills). I think that's pretty good.The highest score for a pocket cruiser that was listed was 182. Plus it gives some good ideas on what makes a boat seaworthy.
