Required tools and work area?

Postby kayakgirl on Wed Jul 28, 2010 11:57 am

I'm really impressed with the Pocketship--the overall practicality and seaworthiness, particularly. I built a kit kayak a few years ago without any trouble with very limited tools and space, and was wondering what tools would be considered "must haves" for this project? It's obviously a much larger undertaking than a kayak. Also, what would be the minimum area required? I'm considering building a temporary "boat building shop" that I'd later convert to a greenhouse. What would you recommend as the minimum size to build a Pocketship?

thank you!
