Have any of you fitted out your Pocketship with companionway drop boards?

Drop boards are standard on the Pocketship plans and can be made of wood or starboard plastic.
I have made mahogany louvered doors for the companionway but have not shaped them or fitted them yet because my pocketship is still in winter storage at our cottage.

Thank you! I'm eagerly awaiting the manual I ordered, which I reckon would have answered my question, but now I know! At any rate, if I move forward with this I live on Prince William Sound and being able to close the cabin up tight will be mission critical.

Those mahogany boards look pretty darn nice!

Of course, the mahogany doors will only be for show. The drop boards will still be used to keep out the rain.
