Paint

Yup, she's geeting closer...the big boat roll is coming up soon for me, and my thoughts are turning to painting. For those of you who have already painted the exteriors of your Pocketships, how much paint did you use? How much (each) for the bottom, the sides, and the topsides...primer and topcoat?

Just for other's future reference, I'll answer a little of my own question. So far, I've used 2 quarts of paint for the bottom. Depending on how think you put if on, I'[d say 2-3 quarts is the right range for the bottom of the boat.

More paint quantity info...the lower sides took about a quart of primer (2 coats), and a quart of Brightsides for 3 coats of topcoat.
