I have started my pocketship and will be building in a 14 foot wide space.
Am looking for suggestions on when would be the earliest point in construction that she can be flipped to do the bottom glassing etc. The lighter the better.

Any thoughts from experianced builders?

If you follow the sequence in the manual you won't go wrong. You'll want the hull about finished before so that all of the strength is there to support the movement. This weekend I turned mine back over after doing the bottom. Both of the flips went very easy. Actually, much easier than I expected. I had way over thought the process and spent way too many hours worrying about it. Just bring some friends over do a little preplanning and all will go well. I had less than 12' clearance to do the flips. You can checkout the pictures of process on http://pocketship.blogspot.com
