Are you going the make the sailing hardware for the pocketship available on clcboats.com?
I can not source items in Australia like 5/8" Sail track and goosenecks.

Hendrik,

I found this available online http://www.duckworksbbs.com/hardware/ri ... /index.htm

The sail track and goosenecks would be about $270 US plus $77 shipping to Australia. I'm hoping I can source them through a local supplier and avoid at least the $55 shipping charge.

We've got hardware kits assembled now, after many, many requests. We were able to use our bulk discounts to beat down the price so these are pretty good savings over retail. We'll get these onto our website soon, and hopefully the individual items, too, so you can go "a la carte."

Sure, now you post a nice itemized hardware list after I tried compiling my own by going through the manual dozens of times :-)

Seriously, the list is much appreciated as it appears I missed an item or two on my list and had no idea what running rigging to order.

I notice the list calls for Harken 166 bullet blocks with swivel but the manual used Harken 081 blocks. I couldn't find 081 blocks so instead ordered 082 blocks since they look just like the 081 blocks shown on pages 274 and 277 of the manual. However , I am confused because the 081 blocks shown on other pages of the manual definitely have a swivel like the 166's. How many of the nine 082's that I have can I use and how may of the bullet blocks absolutely must have a swivel?

Thanks,
Dave

Do you know of any good sailing blogs? I'd like to follow any couples or families sailing adventures from day trips to circumnavigations.
