Trailer maintenance

Just a reminder to check your trailer bearings ounce in awhile. I was checking a trailer I bought last week for a different project today and the previous owner obviously didn't. One side was alright but the other was close to failure. I ounce had to fix a seized bearing for a friend and cringe at what that would be like on the side of a road.

Thanks for the reminder. I am getting ready to take a out of state trip with my kayak (Trailex) trailer and I need to grease the axles! I do try to apply grease after each trip, since I back into the water.
