Deck Cleats in relation to Boom Gallows

I have the hull hardware package and it includes 2 larger cleats that I assume go at the bow and 4 smaller jam cleats, 2 of which I assume are to mount at the stern behind the boom gallows. In laying out the boom gallows where shown on the plan it seems there's not much room for the cleats behind the gallows. I know I could probably just move the gallows forward a bit (I haven't drilled any holes yet), but don't want to get too close to the mainsheet traveler. Any advice?
Thanks in advance,
Bob

Bob,
I took some pictures of the original PocketShip last December. I tried to focus on the locations of all the hardware. I just posted them on my blog, so see the link below.
I see 2 right behind aft of the Boom Gallow Poles.
1 is for the centerboard.
Then there are 3 in the tabernacle area.

To me it looks like the 2 larger cleats would go up in the tabernacle/bow area.

Hope the pictures help. If you can't see them on the blog, let me know and I can email them to you.

thanks

Yup, that helps. I want to leave myself the option of possibly mounting cleats of a bigger size than comes with the hardware package (same size as those for the bow) so placed the gallows slightly forward of on the plans to accommodate that. I'm talking fractions of an inch is all.
The gallows holes are all drilled and things fit well. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, getting things lined up and the poles parallel.
