Danish Oil or Varnish for Floor Boards

What has everyone been using for finishing their Floor Boards?
Danish Oil or Varnish? Recommended Brands?
How may coats and are you sanding in between coats?

Ron,
I used Danish Oil and applied according to the instructions which if I remember included two or three coats with a light sanding between. I do remember it was easy and the boards are very nice and soft to the touch.
I recommend it...

Old Soul was splashed last Saturday! Had a great sail in 10-15 knots wind on the lake. Amazing boat! No problems at all. I will get more pictures this Sunday on the second sail and post.
