When lining out the interior of the lower hull with fibreglass cloth, do we do a vertical overlap onto the centreboard case, or do we trim it flush at the join with the keelson?

If I am understanding your question, I think the answer is yes. I overlapped the fiberglass up onto the floor joist as well as up onto the centerboard. Going up onto the centerboard section provides strength and waterproofing. I think I went up the centerboard to just below where the floors will be. On areas where no centerboard I overlapped from side to side across the bottom fillets. Also overlap from front to back between the floor joist sections on the flat sections, but I think pictures in the manual show that. Pg. 81. Make sure you go up onto the side panels a few inches to tie everything together and the part about extra tape and glass in the bow compartment.

Hope this helps! I need to get busy, you are going to pass me!
