Interest in San Antonio

Greetings All,
I have a deep interest in building a pocketship. However, I have no place inside to build it! I'm sure that this isn't the first time that this has come up, but does anyone have any suggestions? This sailboat looks like just the perfect thing for weekend getaways, and I could sure use a few of those! Anyway, I would use this in Canyon Lake (where I kayak) and also in Corpus Christi and surrounding bays. Perhaps even to fulfill a lifelong yearning to sail from the Laguna Madre section of Texas all the way to the Keys, and beyond. Any ideas for the construction place would be appreciated.

You could buy a portable garage like this one http://www.portablegaragedepot.com/inde ... &catid=408 . You could easily run an extension cord out to it and setup some lights. This particular size would be a tight squeeze but should work. you would have about 2 feet on each side and almost 3 feet front and back.
