I used the paint on the bottom that I used on the rest of the boat: Interlux Brightside Polyurethane. After nearly 3 years of sailing, I have had absolutely no problems. However, 4 days have been the longest periods in the water, all that in fresh water. A small amount has rubbed off on the front of the keel, which I am going to repaint this summer. Happy sailing, Capt. Charlie
