PocketShip, the Cell Phone Cover
Posted: Mon Feb 01, 2021 6:21 pmNot a huge project, but this was a little fun side project. I just got a new phone and bought a clear case for it. I bought a hobbiest-grade laser-wielding robot last year to occupy some time during lockdown. To jazz up the boring phone a bit, I took a piece of veneer and lasered an image of my PocketShip into it. I then set the laser to kill to cut out the shape the veneer to the shape of the case.
I'm pretty happy with how it turned out!
