It's almost ready! Over the last couple of weeks I have varnished the transom and trim, and finished and attached the companionway slide/hood and the tabernacle. I have also installed
almost all the sailing hardware. The trailer finally arrived, and I am currently modifying it to fit the boat. In a week or so we'll see if I can actually get it out of my sunroom and onto the trailer.

It's out! Most of the work was removing and replacing the fixed and sliding glass panels, which were big and heavy.

It's launched! Everything went smoothly, except that I had to wade in the chilly water to get the boat on and off the trailer.
Naturally the wind died as soon as the boat was launched, and started up again right after we pulled it out of the water.
Tomorrow is supposed to be warmer and windier, so I plan to go out again.
