Chainplate size?

Postby [email protected] on Mon Jun 21, 2021 8:00 pm

Hello,

The Schaefer 8501 and 8503 chainplates and backing plates specified for the Pocketship are described as 8 and 4 inches long.
Can anyone tell me if these lengths are measured hole-to-hole, or overall?

Thanks,
Doug
