Sail Slides

Postby Brent65 on Mon Oct 18, 2021 9:10 pm

Pocketship Owners,

The manual states the sail slides and sail track fastened to the mast will definitely require some dry lube to function properly. Has the sliding up and down of the main sail been an issue for you when raising and lowering the mainsail or when reefing?

Best,
Brent

Hello Brent,

Yes, not uncommon for the sail slide to bind on initial setup.

If you search under “sail slide and track” you will see some suggestions.
