OK, found it. It's a bit buried in the manual. 108lbs for the keel and 160lbs for ballast. Didn't find the amount for the center board, but assume it's about 25lbs

BTW, in the olden days you could apparently get your lead by begging for used tire weights, but that does not work any more, since
they are no longer made of lead.

The first step of my build was to go to all the scrap metal yard in my area and ask if they had any lead they could sell me.
I saw a YouTube video on reclaiming lead from old car batteries - don't try that at home!

I have 6 - 25 pound bags of lead shot from a reloading supplier. I put 3 on each side. They are easy to handle and really stay put. All three fit nicely between BH 5 and 6

I think I paid $25 each which isn't a bargain but not bad considering what I have in the Boat overall! I use this amount when loaded for a cruise.
For day sailing I add another 20 # of old scuba weights to each side. They fit right on top if the shot bags under the floor boards.

A friend of mine had a bunch of lead from a friend of his that was a nuclear pharmacist. They supply radiation therapy sources. Most of the pieces were little lead cans about 2” diameter by 3” or so tall. I melted the lids and other scrap and filled the cans. Kind of an obscure source, but it is getting harder to find scrap lead or lead shot.
