I'm preparing to build the Keel, but I'm nervous about setting the curve as mentioned on pg34 of the manual. Seems to be very easy to get this wrong based on all the comments here.
I went to the plans to look it over and came up with this idea. The Keel bottom is straight so I extended a line forward, then measured from that line up the tip of the noseblock and got 1.5 inches. At a scale of 3" = 12" that should come to 6". I should then be able to do the same when I setup the Keel. What do you think?
